Description

Enough is enough! Time to kick some butt. James, along with those who have gravitated to him since his first arrival to this world, go on the offensive against the forces of the Empire. Lots of fighting, magic.

Also mixed in with the Allies is the Hand of Asran. Think Druids with attitude.

  • Great read, greater series

I started with the first of this series (a freebie!) and for the first time spent money on the last six books... A first for me. But this author had me from the moment that our hero and Mage was transported from a 23rd floor office building where he'd begrudgingly showed up for a job interview, and, stepping through the doorway into an inner-office is suddenly standing in a meadow gazing at a babbling brook. And, from there the story is off for the races. The only constructive criticism that I have for the entirety is strictly editorial with typos and misuse of words throughout. But, since story content was literally "gripping" at times where you wonder how in the world is our small band of heroes going to get away from the evil Empire and it's evil cronies "this" time, and yet they do, time and time again, I think that a few typos, et al can be forgotten, right?!?
