Of the Wyman Ford books the Kraken Project is truly the best. An incredible idea, of course a real page turner. The ending remarkable. Emotional, brought on tears! Great mystery but also a feel good story.

Fabulous read

I've read every book Preston has written, and they're usually pretty good. This book swerves around like a car driven by an intoxicated driver, it goes from silly to cartoonish, to riveting. I guess what counts is that it finally straightens out and makes its way home without causing any real damage. He had a lot of ideas that didn't really mesh in any coherent way, some downright forehead-slapping dumb phrases and conversations, and a antagonist straight out of bugs bunny. It's a half baked novel for sure, and I hope he does better in the future. The last few chapters saved my iPad from certain death, and even cheered me up. Douglas- don't drink and novel, it shows.

I'm so bored with the same type of plot lines. This book was something unexpected and clever. It started strong and never let up. Loved it!

Enjoyed this novel as I enjoyed all the other books he has written. Would have loved a bit more meat to the plot. But all in all worth reading.

Amazing Read!! Loved the thought process. Kept me on the edge of my seat till the last page.

Sounds like Eagle Eye, I Robot, etc, . AI fiction is way too fantatious. Give me a human to human story anyday.
