Description

A steamy, age gap, rockstar romance with a bit of a slow burn, a strong sassy heroine, a grumpy alpha hero, low angst and a happily ever after.

Love has a way of blazing through you like poison, leaving you breathless but still wanting more.

On the way down it burns like whiskey, coats your throat like a love song, and enters your belly with the force of a hurricane.

I told myself never again.

I thought I had put those ghosts behind me, but some secrets don’t stay buried forever.

Fate has a way of forcing you to face them, and Sasha was the curveball I never saw coming.

I didn’t want to fall for her.

In fact, I was determined not to, but she danced her way into my heart with her pink glittered Converse, and the sweet taste of peppermint.

She’s way too young, and chasing something I can’t give her, but that doesn’t stop me from wanting her.

If I give into how I feel, will we last the summer, or are we bound to burn?

Bound To Burn is the 4th book in the Blood & Bone series but can be read as a standalone, although the books should be read in order, for the best reader experience.

Cash and Sasha’s story is perfect for readers who love a sexy, age gap, emotional, rock star romance, second chance, strong sassy heroine, a grumpy musician, a touch of humor, low angst and a whole lot of steam.

Content Warning: This book does have mention of drug use and overdose, so please take care while reading.

I was so happy and excited that Cash got his own book and it did not disappoint! Cash, as did Jack, had to let go of his past with Mia. It was a long, painful road that ultimately resulted in a HEA with Sasha. He had to get over not only the past, but also the age gap between them. Cash resisted as long as he could, but in the end love won :). Along with age, there was the matter of Sasha’s father, who ended up being entangled with Cash’s past. I loved the ending, but am sad it did end, lol. We have one more book to look forward to—Hayley’s story. Can’t wait! I voluntarily reviewed this after receiving a complimentary copy.

Cash Is Here and he’s definitely in my favorites books!!! This rockstar is so ready to fall in love with the Country Girl, the only little thing is he’s doesn’t knew it yet. Sasha is amazing, and so perfect for Cash in every freaking way, with her pink glittery Converse just for him. She managed to crush every wall Cash had made for protecting his heart. The Prologue broke my heart a little bit but the whole story you are going to fall in love with them. The romance, the $3x¥ moments, the funny moments with Jack lol. Everything is so good. Finally Cash have his HEA and it’s so happy, the perfect HEA with bells and everything. Can’t wait for the next book in the serie.

I LOVED this book. After reading the series' first three books, I knew one thing: I was in love with cash. I loved his story from the beginning, and my heart bled for him. When I received the ARC copy, I was thrilled, for a good reason. This book is everything. The way cash learn to trust again and how Sasha helps him to come back to life is magical. It's challenging to find a good age gap because it's easy to go from sexy to creepy when she is way younger than him. This is not the case for Bound and Burn. Their love felt natural, not forced, and far from creepy. I suggest this book to everyone who loves a good "old school" rock story and is ready to open their hearts. Like every Paula's book, this one will make you stay up all night.

After reading the last book I wanted Cash to have his own HEA and now he got it. Sasha was younger but that’s just what he needed to bring him out of the shell he’s been in for a while. Raised by her grandparents she’s had great role models. She smiles at me. “Fifty years isn’t the destination, it’s just part of the journey; and being with your grandpa has been the greatest journey of my life.” Cash has been betrayed by the people that he cared about most. Learning to trust again is not easy but there is something about her that draws him in. “You’re a little late, Erin,” I sigh. “How could anyone be in the presence of a man like Cash and not fall for him?” This is a emotional outstanding story. This author knows how to bring out all the feels!!
