Don't give up.

Our lives are minefields of challenges that take their toll on our courage, our conviction, and even our faith. But God whispers to the weary, Don't give up. Drawing from inspiring biblical stories and first-person testimonies of perseverance, bestselling author and pastor Kyle Idleman encourages readers to cast their concerns on God, trust in his love and timing, pray for patience and strength, and seek out support in the family of God.

The author claimed that we are living better than ever. Not true. He needs to pay better attention to current events like how Americans are in more debt, working longer, and how wages haven’t kept up with inflation.

This book is encouraging and thought provoking. It is full of current and biblical life stories of people who persevered through challenging events by trusting God. Sometimes the book hit a little close to home for me, like when a wife’s prayers were answered and her marriage was saved. I cried; not all of us are so blessed. Still, maybe that is the point. The book reminds us the future is uncertain, but we can trust God anyway. I am currently rereading the book. Kyle has an introduction on DontGiveUp.media #DontGiveUp
