Ashley is the first person in years to make him feel anything. With a few serendipities the two are put together, but He feels like he can’t stay. His One Desire, Part 2 5 Stars Moving past In this book Ashley just learned what Xander hasn’t been able to get past. Leaving his house of employment and she goes to work for Drake at her dream job at the Museum. During this book we also start the story about Drake and Samantha, while continuing Ashley and Xander’s story. His Simple Wish, Part 3 5 Stars Blast from the Past This is mostly about Samantha and Drake and things from their past and present colliding. Along with more of the happenings with Ashley and Xander. His True Fortune, Part 4 5 Stars Knowing what’s the true fortune This ties all the couple together in a nice package. The entire box set reminds me of six degrees. Where one person knows someone that touches another life and so on it goes. I’ve read some of the author’s books that come after this one and even though they are self-contained stories, they are so much better after reading this box set. Love and heartache, happiness and sadness and all the emotions in-between are in this well written set of books. High praises to the author for such a great job. I highly recommend this box set to read.
