    This is an older book, 12 years old, at the time of this review. The concepts of men and women’s roles have been changing – and remarkably so, since this publication, such that I found it really difficult to stomach the pliant, giving female, and stoic, emotionally under-developed male characters. It could use a revision of the characters and be a better book. The plot itself was OK.
