I was a little weary at first to give it a try but it started a new journey for me! Reminds me of Games of Thrones and other fantasy stories, cannot wait to keep reading the other stories!

Would have been closer to 5 stars but there are numerous typos and, to be frank, the author might consider substituting some of their more common phrases for something a bit less cliche... definitely an interesting read but again, hard to get over how many typos there are...

I have really enjoyed these books. First book was a little slow but after the characters were established in the second book it has gotten better and better. I actually bought the rest of the series.
