Description

Annan is part of a world she doesn't know exists. A world full of vampires, wear-animals, fae, and more; a world hidden from us all. Growing up in the sleepy town of Puyallup (pew-all-up), Washington Annan figured she was a regular girl—well mostly regular girl—like her friends, but after a tragic accident that ripped her loving, adopted, parents from her Annan is left alone to figure out who, and what, she is.

Nearly six miserable years later a mysterious due comes to collect her. They hold all the answers to the questions Annan has held inside her, but in discovering the answers more questions arise and Annan soon learns that she is even more different then she could have ever imagined.

Story had a great plot, loved it. Love the mouthy female character. There were weird sentences that just didn't work or were worded wrong through out the book. Just in random places so you had to reread the sentence....so you lose the image in your head. Also one major thing that annoyed me was the author shortened the word Werewolf or Werecats to Were, which wasn't a big deal but 90% of the book she used the word wear instead of Were. I am curious about the next installment of the book, will probably try reading it but if it has the same issues........
  • An okay read

Werewolf shortened is "Were" not wear. There's a difference between the words "than" and "then".

Story had great possibilities but it was trashy and needed proof reading badly. Writer also needs to use a dictionary. Look up proper usage of then, than, to and too.... Also when to use he and him....poor knowledge of English grammar.... Sue Bainter Florida

This is story is about a chick that has a crazy personality and is a a mix of magical creatures but the author is able to make that explainable by having them descend from the same people. The story really grabs you in and keeps you reading. It's easy to visualize because the progression happens through action and dialogue instead of the main character telling you everything they are doing or thinking. I look forward to the next edition and hope there are many more to come.
  • Weird wording so far

This book seems to have a weird format. I have to double check sentences to see what the heck this author is trying to explain or say and because of that I'm having a really hard time getting into the book because of her distracting sentences... :( However, the plot is awesome, so the author had that on point.
  • Cliff hanger ending!

When I got to the end of this book I was surprised by what happened. It seemed things were tying up and winding down then, bam, cliff hanger for the next book. Can't wait to read book two so I can see what happens.
