I found this book particularly helpful due to the fact that you can't really find this type of information very easily (in regards to the mental aspects of training.) If you're like me and are building up your collection of NSW books to gain a better understanding of how to better prepare then I recommend this.

Great having insite from BUD/S trainer and grads, but note this is a very cursory review. No training details, but vital principles for success.
