Excellent popcorn eating edge of your seat(s) read. Am enthralled with the entire series.

Excellent transition from the Posleen War series. All these reads are riveting. Author piques an an interest of all protagonists, villains alike. Illicit’s heavy sighs; getting lost in the reads. Excellent for deployment reads and then some. Top notch.

Back when I first read this book a few years ago it seemed like fun escapist fiction. Rereading it in 2020 the most unrealistic part was Bill O’Reilley still being on air. Overall a really good book although John Ringo is as always a little too in love with his characters.

I had successfully avoided the zombie genre until this book. I always enjoy John’s books so I thought I’d give it a try. I may not sleep too well in the future, but, I’ll have something to read. It holds your attention and as always the character development is well done. The plot is interesting and scary. If you are under 25 I wouldn’t read it yet.

Faith better known as"Seawolf" gives new meaning to the word scrum. This book is an absolute Hoot. The two young daughters of the commander of Wolf squadron contribute so much humor, that is is an enjoyable read of an end of world story.

If you liked the Legacy of the Aldenata series, this is much in the same vein, but with less science fiction.
While I can’t say that themes and character concepts and certain themes aren’t being reused. It reads quickly and well.
