A fun read with a romantic thrust that fools many but not all those intended. Noah and Mackenzie did not count on the hospital grapevine being so efficient but soon fake became flat out real!

Lightly dramatic, surface level cutesy characters, lots of spice, and very easy to read. No triggers or trigger warnings needed.

The fake dating trope gas to be ones of my favorite tropes! Noah and Mackenzie are just too cute! Mackenzie’s charming and funny personality has to be one of the best FL’s. Noah’s I hate everyone except you is by far one of the best ML’s. I couldn’t help but fall in love with them! I couldn’t put this book down and I wish the author had way more books for me to read 😭

I loved this I have not read a story like this that wasn’t on wattpad or ao3 it was refreshing to see it in a book form and it was a great romance I love it

4 stars I'm not really into werewolf/shifter books, but this is for sure a Bookstagram made me do it read and jeez did it deliver. The story itself was pretty typical fake dating plot (with that special shifter flair), but the spice elevated this to a new level for me. I might be into shifter romance now. Who knew?! It wasn't all primal sexy spice (which it had in spades), but it actually had a wonderful rom-com plot. Mack and Noah were so perfect. I love how Noah was a grumpy secret cinnamon roll and Mack was just pure sunshine and rainbows. I may have needed to drink some juice to get my blood sugar back up after this book had my adrenaline and blood pressure spiking and dropping the entire time. I really wish I could read this for the first time again.

✨Thoughts✨ Just imagine the most radiant character paired with a misunderstood doctor who seems to be perpetually guarded and closed off from the world. The result is this fun and engaging story. As the story unfolds, we are treated to some intense, spicy scenes that honestly caught me off guard. Given Noah’s demeanor, I didn’t expect him to have such a hot, wild side. I loved it! However, my only complaint is that we didn't get the chance to explore the omegaverse or witness the main characters venture outside the confines of the hospital as often as I wished. I believe there is untapped potential here, especially in terms of delving deeper into the paranormal aspects of the romance. Overall, this is a hilarious story that will appeal to those who enjoy spicy romance and fake dating.

This book was absolutely adorable, so glad it was my first read of the year!!
