Every time I try to open the book (after fully downloading it) I get a message that it cannot be opened and then there’s a gray screen that makes me have to shut down the iBooks app completely in order to exit out.

Once the book is downloaded and opens, it’s just ok. There isn’t much “new” because it’s an iBook compared to the hard cover text book. Most frustratingly, there’s an insane amount of typos. There are more (and different) typos in the ibook than there are in the hard cover version. SO MANY TYPOS.

Really bad that this is not working when school starts. Teacher has selected this book for a reason but students can't download to start their work. And there's no response whatsoever on fixing it. Still no solution at the moment. Problem is on not being able to download to an iPad device which is the only device allowed for school.
