I got halfway through this book & I can not finish it. She rambles and repeats herself. I would not recommend buying this, save yourself the time & money. I could've found something more useful for free on the Internet.

This book helped me so much! I shared some of the thoughts in this book with others and that has allowed me to help others. Everything he writes is beautiful!

One of the best Thich Nhat Hanh books. Very useful in a daily practice!
