I have a dog who has always had a high level of anxiety. He picks up on stress in the house and wants to hide. The past few months have brought much added stress to our household. My dog has always been my shadow but now just wants to hide. This book gave me some positive insight as well as a few tips I've already had success with. Cans of spray cheese now add to our decor! Whenever he stays in the family room instead of going upstairs to hide- he gets a squirt of this high value treat. Consequently, we are seeing much more of our handsome boy.
