This story plods along and eventually goes nowhere. It is not even a cliffhanger of an ending. It seems an almost arbitrary termination of the book. Wasted my time on this.

Ok, so the writing is very good. The story is excellent, HOWEVER, the book leaves you hanging. I understand the desire to get you to purchase more, but after 670+ pages, a reader deserves an ending!
