I was confused that Cole could shut his emotions off and them turn them back on again so easily. The story portrayed him as fickle and that was hard to accept.

Rookie’s Regret is an easy to love story that you will jump into and try to figure out what Cole’s regret will be. Growing up with parents that had not been the best , to say the least and was raised by his Uncle who went above and beyond to help him achieve his dream of being a hockey player. Cole wants to prove to himself and everyone that he’s not going to be like his parents in any way and he’s making choices that will be good for his future and to help his Uncle that raised him. This story is a lot of sweet and little sad but a whole lot of fun to read. Gina has a fun filled series with a lot of wonderful characters and I can’t wait to read the next installment!
