Description

The sensational conclusion to the massive #1 New York Times bestselling series…

It’s been over three months since my friends and I took down Cyrus. Three months where my biggest fear was what paper was due next... But I should have known it was too good to last. Now everything is falling apart.

The Vampire Court has no king, the Dragon Court has no heart, and the Gargoyle Court has me—a teenager in way over her head. And it’s the worst possible timing, because a threat is brewing just as the Circle is collapsing.

I have no choice but to return to the Shadow Realm and face the terrifying queen who nearly ended us…and make a deal with her to save Mekhi. But this time, I’m bringing my powerful friends with me—and Hudson. Except something is wrong with him, too. He’s keeping a secret—even from me.

All I know is that everyone’s life hangs in the balance. And it’s my fault—because I still owe the Crone a favor...and now she’s come to collect.

Don’t miss a single book in the series that spawned a phenomenon! The Crave series is best enjoyed in order:
Crave
Crush
Covet
Court
Charm
Cherish

I went through every human emotion during my read-through of this series and I just want to say, I couldn’t have dreamt up a more beautiful ending to it myself. All the praise to Tracy for this series, these characters, and their own stories within the story. This will forever have a special place in my heart. I have a feeling this is only the beginning of our journey together. 💜🤍🖤

This last book felt a little rushed. Don’t get me wrong it was a good read, but not like the books previous to this one. Also, would have loved it see how the relationship between Izzy, her brothers, and cousin ended up. Sad that was not a part of this.

just like the rest endlessly wordy and too much internal chatter. Definitely could cut this way shorter and it would read better this series just keeps going with one hook after the next - tiresome thank goodness its over sorry i ever started it
  • Just unreadable

This series is so hard to get through. Every book is about 500 pages but should be like 250-300 if you cut out all the senseless inner-monologuing and pointless recapping. It’s just always one thing after another. To get this we need this, but this person wants this so we have to steal this but get through this first. Lather, rinse, repeat way too many times. I regret starting this series. Only books 1, 2, and 5 were good.
  • Just felt like a rushed sloppy ending

I love this series as a whole so I’m giving 4 stars because of that more than anything. I just felt like this book just didn’t hit the same standards that I came to expect especially after Charm being so phenomenal. The story line just felt thrown together.

one of the best books ever. i cannot express it. i’ve been reading this series for 2 years and followed her as she released the last 2 books. and i love her. i have been in love with everyone and to have this book series come to an end is heartbreaking because it’s made me think so much differently abt love and makes me want love that the people in this book experience. i love all of the characters and i cannot wait to read the book from Remy’s perspective and i hope all of the other characters make an appearance. i love Grace and all of them that the thought of it being over makes me cry. Thank you so much Tracy for letting me experience this kind of love for a book series and i hope i find books just as good as yours out there.

Where do I even start? The bittersweet ending of the Crave series by Tracy Wolff. I’ve spent years now reading and loving each of these books. This book, as well, was incredible. From the tears to the laughs…fun moments to the deep and insightful ones. This series is my favorite for so many reasons. You can expect to find adventure, characters who are easy to love and a pace that’s absolutely perfect. It’s rare that I find an author that finds time to include the perfect mix of fun moments and development between characters, with a great tempo on the storyline, and so much DEPTH that I truly find something new to appreciate each time I read the series (I have read the earlier releases about 5-6 times each). While the romance, banter and snark is ALWAYS on point, I feel like a lot of people spend more time talking about that and missing the opportunity to discuss the deep themes of this series. Which are well done and in a way that is layered. The more you think about certain events, the more that comes to light. Which is so enriching, especially while discussing with other readers. Tracy Wolff excels with writing her unique characters that have so much personality. I cannot begin to tell you the hours of fun her readers have had discussing these characters. Each character with their own style, so true and with such depth, it’s easy to pick them out from even just a simple sentence, phrase or action. She writes the most believable and best characters I have ever had the pleasure of reading. So much so, that I will never hesitate to pick up a book from this author. Which, for me, is a rarity. The inclusivity of this series, the way it tackles topics of friendships and relationships, the most accurate depiction of anxiety, overwhelm and the overthinking that can occur with these things, make it a book that I am proud to share with my oldest daughter. For a YA reader, being introduced to healthy insights when it comes to these subjects is so important. While the reader explores the magic of Katmere, they can learn in a fun and interesting way that they aren’t alone when it comes to mental health issues. This series also has the first non-binary character I have ever read. The way that has broadened my ease of learning and using they/them pronouns has been incredible. The LGBTQ inclusivity is also a breath of fresh air and introduced in such a way that feels so natural and genuine. While reading this incredible story that had the nostalgic vibe of Twilight and Harry Potter (which I adored growing up) it was exquisitely its own unique experience. When it comes to the world of vampires and other supernatural characters…it’s so refreshing to find a story that takes so many concepts of pop culture and many times cliche ideas, and molds them into a fresh take. I can’t imagine how hard it is to step into this beloved genre and find new and interesting ideas that are fresh and hit the reader in a way that feels natural and not forced. You have to respect the greats, but venture into and create new territory. Standing ovation for Tracy Wolff. She hit the ball out of the park. She knits the original foundation we know and love with the new ideas she creates into a seamless masterpiece. Finally, and why this series and author will forever have my heart…While I turned the pages of this series and waited impatiently for release dates something quite unexpected happened. I started to meet new people in the authors fan group called Wolff Pack (on FB) and the publishers Insta (Entangled Teen). So while I was enjoying reading I started to make acquaintances, that turned into friendships, that turned into what feels like family. It’s a rare and beautiful thing that I will CHERISH forever and always. Across time. 💜 While the Crave series may be complete, I can’t help feel that an even more exciting adventure is on the horizon with the upcoming spin off series (Sweet Vengeance) and her other upcoming books such as Star Bringer.
