Reviews

  • Anxiety provoking and not constructive

This book is interesting with a catching cover but I that the way in which concepts are described is really toxic. Exhaustion is not mentioned, compulsive task finishing is not mentioned, the point when self discipline becomes self harm is not mentioned and more. It is basically an entire book of meanspo. When I told my psychiatrist that I was reading this book he became visibly upset and told me to stop.
