En Sabores ancestrales, el chef Carlos Estévez y el fotógrafo Víctor Siladi realizan un minucioso compendio que va desde los frutos de la tierra empleados por nuestros aborígenes hasta la comida callejera contemporánea, pasando por las distintas olas de migraciones que fueron dejando su huella sobre  nuestras mesas.
