A NEW NATION – Aulus Septimus Quintorius has welded the disparate peoples of Zanturia together, uniting this fractious land of exiles under the banner of one Republic. His New Order stands on its own, strong for the first time. But its prosperity and success make it a threat to all who would rule by tyranny.  

AN OLD ENEMY – the Namorians, who once held the whole of Zanturia pinned under the hobnails of their legions, have not forgiven, or forgotten. And more than any of them, Cornelius Kellerus Vulmarch, Dictator of Namor, knows the danger of allowing the breakaway nation to thrive. An example must be made of the upstarts, and the whole world will bear witness.

A LONG-AWAITED SHOWDOWN – this is more than war or politics; this is personal. Vulmarch is the author of all Quintorius' woes, the man that had him banished, branded a traitor, and hounded to the edges of the world by deranged cultists. Now, the madman comes for Quintorius, himself…
