But genealogy was confusing. Reading it as an ebook on my phone, the chart in front was too small to be readable and helpful. Well written, interesting characters.

Going back in time to connect the past to the present can be difficult but this book with its unique story was easy to follow and had me reading nonstop!

A really good book. Very well written and characters are so true to life. Midwifery is a very interesting but somewhat misunderstood medical profession. This book outlines the struggles of midwives and pregnant women from many years ago till even today.
