the link of table of contents with contents is poor.please fix the link and reformat the table of contents

At least the first two books put a ‘ for an end quote or make rn into m at least one a page on my iPad. It really drops one out of an otherwise interesting story. Some of the 60s style writing is a bit verbose, but overall enjoyable
