Wicca Basics: Grounding

Anyone who pursues Wicca and the magical arts will definitely encounter a magical skill known as grounding. Although considered a basic skill, the truth is that only a few practitioners of the sacred science and art of Magick truly know how to ground effectively. Indeed, you can find numerous books on the subject, and yet there are only a few writings about grounding that reveals its true meaning and power. Having this in mind, it is the very purpose of this handbook to teach and share with serious practitioners of the Craft the true essence of grounding.

It is worth noting that grounding should not be taken lightly. Although it is considered one of the basic skills of a Magus, it does not mean that it is easy to do. This is one of the reasons why many practitioners fail to do it well. Many are misdirected into thinking that they know how to do it when, in fact, they have not even understood half of its significance.

Take note that the term "basic" does not always mean that it is also easy. Rather, it only means that it is important for you to learn it. Do not be disheartened.
