Description

What happens when a grumpy mountain man's life is interrupted by a smart-mouthed beauty in a wedding dress?

Olivia Love was living the perfect life, until one moment changed everything. On the day of her destination wedding, with the mountains as her romantic backdrop, she catches her fiancée with another woman and does the only thing she can think of - she runs. In her wedding dress. In the middle of nowhere. But when she stumbles upon a cabin in the woods, she finds more than shelter - a daunting mountain man, Carter Fitzwilliam, turns her world upside down.

Can these two opposites attract, or will they push each other over the mountain?

Started slowly with typical “Rich girl” cluelessness but turns into an Interesting story with explicit descriptions of sex & expletives. Evolves into a mystery….

Unnecessary silly, irritating characters, unrealistic “plot twist”… I stopped reading on page 193. Glad it was free.

Book is awkwardly and badly written. All the reviews are fake. Please stop playing for fake reviews, readers want to see actual good books on the top list.

Overall the book was good... kind of? There was some really great moments and the concept was good, but the writing was cheesy and weird throughout. The main characters were unlikable and the things they would say were awkward and uncomfortable sometimes. I would be cringing through it but it was a good plot line. The ending was rushed (and once again cheesy). Left me confused whether I liked it or not.
  • Just stupid

24 pages in and I was already rolling my eyes at the stupidity of the runaway bride, Olivia. Evidently she is such a wealthy spoiled brat she had servants while camping and had no clue how to use a manual can opener. The plot had promise, but the writing was just so terrible, I just couldn’t waste any more time on this one.
  • Too Much

This book did too much to where it just wasn’t readable. I had to keep going back and question what exactly was the point to parts of the book, like the 3 paragraph rant about possibly being tortured with bacon.....
