    This was interesting and different than anything else that I have read recently. It pulled me in from beginning to end and held my attention the entire time. There is a lot of intrigue and questions as Deva is trying to figure out what is going on with the hounds and the bloodline along with the men she has been drawn to. She wasn’t born with a soul and believes she doesn’t have one so she can’t fully bond and mate with any of these men no matter that she is singing/drawn to sing mating songs to them and is on the outs with a few as well. This was a great and enticing read and I can’t wait to see what comes next.

  • A wonderful beginning to a new series

    I never thought I would like multiple partner stories, then I read Ophelia Bells dragon books and fell in love with them. Her books are amazing!! Now I read all of her books. This is the start to a new series. It keeps you intersted and waiting to see what will happen next. You won’t regret taking the time to read it. After you will be hooked and waiting for the next in the series to come out. It does end in a cliff hanger. Normally I won’t read them if I know that, but Ophelia Bells books are worth reading and waiting to find out what will happen next!     Another amazing story by Ophelia Bell. She always writes just amazing characters. The stories are always intense. The stories are always be smoking hot and the plots are too. Deva is an amazing character. She may of been born without a soul but she is beyond loving. Watching her as she wishes to find a soulmate like everyone else is heart breaking.     I absolutely loved this book. While I think it can be read alone the story is enhanced if you have read the two series before this one. I couldn’t put this book down. Deva is a strong women who tries her best to do what’s right but has the strength to admit she needs help and doesn’t have all the answers. I can’t wait to read what happens next.
