Very good and educational read. The stories are short and romantic. The situations are well thought out and interesting. I got educated and learned more respect for the firefighters and police officers.

I loved how each story evolved and you got to know the characters. I really appreciated the accurate portrayal of how a fire scene would flow. I especially liked how the characters lives and stories are so intermingled, you really get the feeling of how tight knit the group is.

I love her books. When I find one, I usually read it.

As usual, Kathryn Shay knocks it out of the ballpark. I can never put down one of her books..until I absolutely have to! Her portrayal of the lives and tribulations of of those who are sincerely "America's Bravest" is outstanding. Keep them coming, PLEASE!

This book is fantastic! Kathryn Shay is a fantastic author. Her characters are so real life as well as her stories. You can tell she thoroughly researches her topics.
