    Reading Hard Knocks was like reading the last couple chapters of a novel, it was the happy ending without any build up. I hope one day to get the full story about Gage and Harper. They could be the most lovable characters if we just had the chance to get to know them. Great way to drive excitement for the Ultimate series; Hard Knocks really makes you beg for more.

    Lori Foster does a great job introducing everyone into her new MMA world. It isn't just Gage and Harper you want to learn more about it is everyone at the rec center. As you read the short story you see what a great pair Gage and Harper make. Harper and Gage knows each other so well, but the one thing they don't know is how much they love one another. Hard Knocks is a fun story to get you ready to read the stories to come in Lori's new Ultimate series. It will make you laugh, pull at your heart strings, and make your heart race along with the characters. Even though this story is short it is a great way to introduce the new MMA world everyone will love.

Lori Foster is a master at writing about sexy, alpha, MMA fighters and the women who love them. Harper and Gage's relationship makes for a perfect start to the new Ultimate series.

    This is a really good start to the Ultimate series by Lori Foster. I've been waiting for this series since Rowdy and Dash's books where we got to know Cannon and Yvette.This book is about Gage "Savage" Ringer is very hot and Harper Gates is very sweet, and it sets up the series well and introduces use to the main characters of the series. It's a fast paced short story about miscommunication and misunderstandings. I can't wait for "No Limits" cannon and Yvette's book.
