I really enjoyed this book. One of the best I have read in a long time. Life can be hard, no one gets it right all the time, but you still keep putting one foot in front of the other and keep moving forward. The main character did that for her children and kept doing it and gave them everything she had despite the difficult roadblocks. She also acknowledged her failures and accepted the consequences. Heartwarming story.

One Plus One edgers off at a slow start but knowing who wrote it kept me going until I was immersed in both characters and storyline. And what a charming, tender, funny, endearing tale it was, sprinkled throughout with bits of real-life wisdom. Thank you Jojo Moyes, for another memorable slice of the human potential for self-discovery, redemption and love.

I have not given out many 5 star reviews in my lifetime. I’m pretty particular. But this gem of a story which I did not know existed (and I have read other novels by her) is by far the best.

I Have only read one other book by this author and it was the tear jerker. I read the reviews about this one and a few weren’t thrilled with it, but I love it. Everything about it touched my heart. I couldn’t put it down and hated for it to end. Loved it !

Delightful story. Laughed so much, my husband began laughing, too. There are difficult parts, but also, a HEA.

This is my favorite JoJo Moyes novel. Simple story of family and love told with heart and humor.

This book had me hooked in the first chapter. I fell in love with the characters, and found myself laughing and crying along side them. This story had me examining myself and those around me through a different set of eyes. A remarkable story that has me excited to read more from this author.
