After reading almost all Stephanie Laurens' novels, I anxiously awaited Montague's story. I was not disappointed. She has a gift of interweaving mystery and romance in a way few authors can. In The Masterful Mr. Montague she skillfully writes about the growing intimacies of not one, but three couples. I didn't want it to end. Thanks Ms. Laurens for a most enjoyable read.

Another great read in this series by Stephanie Laurens. Can't wait for the next books and I hope the series continues for a long time. Wonderful characters, insight into detective work back then, can't put the books down.
