Meticulously reported and fact driven Original Sin is hard to put down. Horrifyingly accurate.
  • Interesting behind-the-scenes; not well-written

This earns its rating for the breadth of quotes and previously unreported facts contained herein. The writing itself is uneven and not well-paced.

Jake trapper interviews at least 100 members in the White House clan and pulls a lot of facts about the deterioration of Joe Biden. Some he can name most he cannot name. The only thing I was disappointed about is there was no mention about the auto PIN and concerns that Biden himself did not sign the pardons.
  • Unbelievably good!!

Awesome read. I couldn’t put it down. Totally flabbergasted on this conspiracy that was perpetrated on the American people! The Bidens and their inner circle should be ashamed of themselves.

Let me be clear… I am strongly opposed to Jake Tapper profiting in any way off of this cover up, after for so long being part of it himself. However, this book does dig in very deeply to a scandal that should have never happened. Joe Biden will go down as the worst president in American history, and the information in this book only cements that further. Not only was he terrible with his policies, both domestic and international, but he was deeply corrupt as well. I for one will be forever thankful that the American people knew the truth, apparently much sooner than Tapper did, and made the right choice in November of 2024. What a disgrace this president was, and his party right along with him. The reckoning the democrats are dealing with right now is 100% justified, and I doubt they will ever fully recover.

Well written, researched, and documented. This book gives the reader an inside view into how corruption festers in our current political system, and how a few people can hold an entire country hostage.
  • Strongly written, yet evidence of journalistic malpractice

Very compelling read. I don’t doubt the legitimacy of the material. If true, we were misled in an epic proportion as voters. However, even as is referenced in these pages, the way it was covered at the time was malpractice. Where was this urgency to communicate the research described here? No, it was held until Biden was not president. The authors write of Trump being held to the same standard as Biden, but that’s not really true. It hasn’t been true since 2016 and it isn’t now. A fascinating, commendable, and at times courageous read. But also one that is too late and too opportunistic to be taken in entirely good faith.
