I loved this book and never wanted it to end. Hopefully there will be more magic from this author. In the mean time I will read it again!

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Great characters and story development. I looked forward to each chapter to see what would happen next.

To call it a book of whimsy is to undercut it yet there is whimsy, and pathos, and history (both small and large).

This book was a Book Club choice or I wouldn’t have finished it. There were way too many things going on and it was confusing and downright weird at times. I am sorry I wasted my time and money. With the number of extraordinary books available I recommend you choose another. My Book Club of 15 agreed.
