    This book is so sad because Lary (Ben's step dad) beats Ben and his mother but his mother claims its the beer that Lary drinks but hes just a big thug im only on the 6th chapter but this is already horrible what Lary is doing to Ben and his mother. Worst thing so far ive read was that Bens mom wont call the cops after Lary slaps her face twice, and punches her son in his stomach!! I would call the police if someone ever hit me or my mom
