One year ago, a British think tank analyzed Iran's missile program and concluded its inventory was so small and so inaccurate that even if the regime fired everything it had, it would be surprising if it killed even a few hundred people. The London-based Institute for International Security Studies (IISS) released a book entitled, "Iran's Ballistic Missile Capabilities: A Net Assessment," that spoke of the Islamic Republic devoting substantial sums to missile development and said some of its achievements were impressive.
