(I typed this in 1 hour, sorry if it’s short) Chapter 8 “I what?!?” She she questioned. “You- you died Copperstar. I knew the only way to revive you was to bring you to the moonberries and put you in the paws of Starclan…” she finished “but-…” Copperstar started, then decided not to argue. “Let’s head back.” She suggested. Cool dawn light was beginning to wash over the dark rolling hills. The moonlight was just now fading away and a new day was dawning on the clans. A dewy scent filled Copperstar’s scent glands and she saw a Grassclan patrol come into view. “Oh great.” She mumbled to herself. “Ah, Copperfang!” Said Cherryfrost, the deputy, cheerfully. “Copperstar.” Sandfeather corrected. “Oh! Well may Starclan light Tumblestar’s path, and yours too! May you lead Duneclan with as much strength as a Lionclan warrior!” “Thank you Cherryfrost! May Starclan light yours too.” She responded. The two cats walked past the Ancient Cedar and then proceeded to cross the gorge. A tree had fallen and landed making a bridge for the cats to cross. “Wow,” Copperstar meowed in awe, “Starclan has blessed us with safe passage back and forth from the Moonberry patch.” Sandfeather said sounding distant. “Just a couple more paw steps!” She exclaimed, bounding ahead. She took a deep breath and walked into camp. Chapter 9 Copperfang’s mate was sitting in the shade of a spot in the clearing around Tumblestar her head buried in Quailheart’s fur. Berrystripe was licking his mate and she sat with her head bowed in sorrow. Dovesong sat up at the rustle of a cat walking through the entrance her eyes immediately shining with joy. “How’s Copperfang?” She asked concerned. “Ask her yourself.” Replied Sandfeather as she stepped aside to reveal Copperstar. “Copperstar.” She corrected before nuzzling her and covering her ears in licks. She stopped when she saw Tumblestar’s body in the clearing, “we haven’t said the the words to send him off to Starclan yet…” she whispered. She walked over to him and spoke, “May Starclan light your path, may you find good hunting, swift running and shelter when you sleep.” She then jumped up onto the high rock and continued “Now, I must appoint a new deputy. I say these words before Starclan, so that the spirits of our warrior ancestors may hear and approve of my choice…” She paused and stared down at the cats below wondering who would be the best fit for her clan before deciding, “Sparkstripe will be the new deputy of Duneclan.” -The End- ( more coming in ‘A Vision Of Shadows’ of new cats and new adventures!) ~MeowFlameKitty out!~

Here’s my kit idea: Parents colors and names: mom: Riversplash dad: Sunstripe. Mom’s colors: pale brown with dark green eyes. Dads colors: pure white, no other colors. Violet eyes. Clan: DuskClan I would like them to be maybe different shades of ginger, grey or silver blue! Number of kits: 3 or 4 maybe. Naming: maybe refers to clan/colors? Also 1 called Larkkit please! The air seemed to cool from Appletail’s immense hostility. Eagleflight kept casting her blank glances. What an odd cat. Nightfall felt like a prisoner being held captive for a bad crime. Maybe Starclan would punish her somehow tonight for hating them. The walk to the camp wasn’t too far, it was sheltered in the thick wood and most of the cats were still asleep. (Except for Stormlily who was on watch) Stormlily nodded politely to Nightfall. She was the most compassionate of her clan. “Wait here.” Appletail instructed and padded into the leader’s den. An awkward silence fell between Eagleflight and Nightfall. “Sorry that my mother is treating you so harshly. I don’t think you have bad intentions.” Eagleflight whispered. Nightfall bristled, her hiss coming out loudly. “I don’t need your sympathy!” Eagleflight flinched back but didn’t say a word after. Nightfall hated every cat again. Appletail emerged from the den with Jaggedpeak. A muscular Tom with cream patches gazed at Nightfall with mild suspicion. The same curiosity as Eagleflight’s clouded his eyes too. “Nightfall.” He dipped his head in greeting. “Jaggedstar.” Nightfall meowed in a low voice but respectfully. “How can I help you?” Nightfall swallowed hard and spoke in a soft tone to ease the tension. “A patrol of ours went hunting recently, and some Shadowclan warriors threatened to steal prey and raid our camp. Earlier last night, a cat who was on watch alerted the camp that foreign cats were in the forest. And we could all smell Shadowclan.” Appletail’s tail flicked at accusation. Eagleflight shrunk in his pelt. Jaggedpeak bristled, narrowing his eyes. “I was completely unaware of this until now. Thank you for informing me. I’ll make sure none of this happens you have my word.” Nightfall could tell that the leader was taken aback, so she bowed her head deeply. “Thank you, Jaggedstar.” She meowed. “And you. And Starclan bless you.” Nightfall winced. Starclan had done everything but bless her lately, but she kept her mouth shut. “Come on.” Appletail meowed, a little more relaxed now. Eagleflight padded forward but Appletail stopped him. “You can stay here.” She said. Eagleflight glanced at Nightfall again, then nodded. Appletail flicked her tail for Nightfall to follow and they disappeared into the dark forest. Chapter 7 in first book in A vision of shadows!

This is probably one of my favorite books In Warriors. But why did Firestar have to die! 😭I wish that LionBlaze became deputy though. He would make a pretty good leader. I thought that it was pretty cool that they fought the dark forest. Overall, this was a great book.

Firestar died from lightning (yep new theory) I read that theory in the Ultimate Guide so it’s probably the truth. Dovekit was the prettiest she-cat born to WindClan in moons and Softkit quickly grew jealous. Nonetheless, they were best friends and loved pulling pranks on the elders. When Dovepaw was apprenticed to handsome Fireshade, she thought she’d hit the jackpot. Talonpaw was jealous of both his sisters and eagerly took up Mapleshade’s invitation to train in the Dark Forest. Dovepaw continually flirted with her mentor, but then Greenkit was born to Clanmate Lilacflower. She was the first to realize his unusual condition. He could only see the color green. The medicine cat Whitemist was shocked by this and demanded Finchstar to send him straight to the elders’ den as he would be useless. But Dovepaw stood up for him, and soon became his best friend. When he was apprenticed, Dovepaw had already earned the warrior name Dovefeather, and had grown to become even prettier than originally. Fireshade found her desirable and forced his way into her life, but that came with giving up her friendship with recently named Greensight. But one morning Dovefeather woke up to Fireshade *not kid appropriate scene so will skip over this part of story* and a few days later, she was expecting kits. Dovefeather attacked Fireshade and blinded him in his left eye. Finchstar exiled him when she heard of the way he had treated Dovefeather. However, Softflower felt she was overreacting and went off to mate Fireshade. But she returned three moons later not only expecting Fireshade’s kits, but also had been beaten, bloodied, bruised and abused by her ex-mate. Dovefeather birthed one kit, a tom named Tigerkit. Softflower had Sparkkit. (Break time, bye) However, at a Gathering after Tigerpaw and Sparkpaw were apprenticed, Breezestar, leader of WindClan, announced there was a new addition in WindClan, and Dovefeather and Softflower both exploded with hatred and anger to find out it was Fireshade. They were even angrier to find out he already had gotten himself a mate too. Silverbreeze had somehow agreed to mate him as long as he didn’t treat her badly, and after miserably failing with two mates already, he kept his promise. Finchstar warned Breezestar about Fireshade and how badly he had treated Larkheart’s kits (everyone had loved Larkheart so cats became suspicious of him after Finchstar announced that), but Breezestar was stubborn and refused to be swayed by a ThunderClan leader. After the Gathering, Fireshade came to apologize to Dovefeather and Softflower, and see his kits with them. But Softflower left as soon as she saw him approaching, while Dovefeather tried her hardest not to spat in his eyes. Tigerpaw and Sparkpaw seemed somewhat eager to meet their father, so Fireshade introduced himself to them. Tigerpaw seemed quite interested but Sparkpaw decided she didn’t want that tom as her father, even he was her blood father. During all the drama with Dovefeather, Softflower and Fireshade, Talonclaw had become a strong, feared cat in the Dark Forest. He now had a group of trainees from the Clans and was keeping his eye on one of them known as Destiny (she was one of the few loners trained in the Dark Forest). Finally, she birthed his kits, but then died a few days later, causing their three kits to pass as well. Finally Talonclaw left the Dark Forest and vowed to never return. Eventually, Tigershade and Sparkstorm earned their warrior names. In a heated battle against WindClan over missing prey, the two half-siblings came across their shared father who had forced their separate mothers to have kits with him and Sparkstorm struck the final blow, ending the wretched tom’s life. Somehow, no one was surprised when Heatherbloom, WindClan’s medicine cat, announced Fireshade had earned a spot in StarClan (apparently he atoned. I almost want to make a backstory from his pov of this). Finally Dovefeather and Greensight renewed their old friendship and explored deeper feelings. After a while, Dovefeather kitted Shimmerkit, Jaykit, Fallingkit and Stormkit (later Shimmerpelt, Jaywing, Fallingwater and Stormgaze). However Stormgaze drowned and after that, Dovefeather had a third litter consisting of Lilacpaw and Crowpaw, who are currently apprentices, and she lived happily until her death seasons later. Edit: I came back to this after a WHILE and was thinking about submitting until I read who made it 😂 Also I forgot who did it soooooo… I will just go with it! I have 6 cats on the line. Her eyes were clawed out and she has a fatal bite to her neck. 10 cats were there that night. WHO DID IT?! If someone figures it out, I will put another mystery. You may ask questions about PearlHeart, interrogate one of the 10, or accuse cats. HERE ARE THE SUSPECTS!!!! SweetPlant- Is a brown she cat with white speckles all over her body. Has green eyes. Is missing a tooth from a battle. ShadowKill- Is a black Tom with orange stripes on his legs,head,and back. One eye is green one eye is blue. Has very sharp claws and teeth. GreenRoll- A bright yellow Tom with bright green eyes. Has a leg that doesn’t work well YellowWing- has little to no fur and yellow eyes. She cat TeethBite: Is a grey Tom with black stripes. Little to no claws. Has blue eyes. WHO DID IT?! Speaking. So firestar died which made me sad but when I realized that brambleclaw would become leader I was not happy because brambleclaw is a jerk and he doesn’t deserve to be a leader
