    Only the title pages download, not the whole book. As you can see from the other reviews, this is not an isolated problem, and it's not simply a matter of people mistaking the "download a sample" option for "buy".

    Don't waste your money!! Only the first page will download despite multiple attempts of deleting and downloading again! No response from customer support. Very disappointed. :-((
