I read this book to my husband on Vacation and we both didn't want to put it down. We both laughed , cried and cheered them on. We loved this book. Og Mandino has a way of capturing the reader and making you become a part of the story. The last page is like losing your good friends.

I could not put this down once I started. It was a journey, I was engrossed in the story by the writing style of Mandino. I started reading it about 9 pm and figured I would read till about midnight. At 6 am, I turned the last page. I literally could not put the book down once I read the first chapter. It's like the movies that you hate to get up and go to the bathroom, you might miss something. I would read a part and then go back to make sure I had read correctly so I wouldn't forget the struggles of the coach and the players. Riveting!!
