Such a great read! Suspenseful and I couldn’t put it down. It had a twist at the end. I suspected part of that twist early on but then didn’t think it was true. I felt the terror that Lowen felt towards Verity. Very well written.

Dark, twisted, sexy, and raw. Some parts were hard to read but I couldn’t put the book down. This book wasn’t what I expected but I loved it.

I saw where this was going early. Not very suspenseful and the writing is meh. Reminded me just a little of Rebecca by Daphne du Maurier but that book is So. Much. Better.

I absolutely loved this book! From the beginning to the end (who done it?) is the question I still have. I really hope she makes a sequel, so many answers need to be explored, even with the extended edition I still have questions! A really good read.

This book was genuinely riveting, and seemed like it might not get that same old twist, but it did. Colleen said, “believe all women” and someone else said, “anyone can say that in three words, but can you say it in three hundred pages?” She said, “hold my beer.”
