A great read

Made me a fan of all of the great music. I “ignored when I was that age. Felt that gruel did an outstanding job conveying the excitement in leadership to shepherdess through this his career and the grand stage of his music!

This gives fans a look inside the legend. Filled with stories from childhood all the way up to the time of publishing, reading this opens the doors into the heart and soul of one of the biggest musical icons of the time.

He did what we all dream of doing. Told here in a fun to read story. I feel like I lived it with him.

Fantastic book! Amazing stories and fabulous insight. Had me crying till my sides hurt. Sometimes had me crying so hard I had to stop reading! Beautifully written! It’s always a good thing when someone’s storytelling makes you appreciate your life and theirs. A must read!

Seems like one of the good guys of Rock & Roll. He has a true appreciation for those that shaped him as an artist.

I thought the book was generally very good. He stayed very far away from the Nirvana years and Kurt Cobain. I thought there might be some more there.

Great and entertaining read with lot of music history, funny moments, stories of life and friendships.
