4.5 Stars! What a cute rom-com! Although this book has sad bits mixed in, that’s life and just made me love the main characters more. A standalone book with an HEA ending. I caught myself smiling and laughing at the banter between Maverick and Kennedy and even getting teary eyed over the sad bits. If you’re looking for a funny romance that feels more like a real life story, this is a good choice! I’m hoping for future books about the secondary characters next!
