Traceless

Callum and Kina continue to question everything they were taught. When your born without a trace no one knows your a weapon. Traceless begins where Stateless ends with Angelica pointing a gun at Kina. Kina is still in charge of the nursery and Callum is still the leader. They know who they are and where they came from. Yet, they still don’t know why they were brought to the compound. Overall: More character introductions. This continues to follow the lives of Kina, Callum, and Glen. It’s challenging to keep up with all the new characters trying to ascertain who is good and who is bad. This is written well, yet it’s confusing to decipher everything going on. Too much gets explained while not enough gets explained. The characters talk in circles sometimes explaining things with lies and truths. Some of the activity taking place seemed insignificant when compared to the grandeur scope of the mission. When comparing the mission to that of the lives of those living in the compound it’s confusing trying to piece together each individual assignment. At times I’m completely connected with these characters and other times I’m disconnected having no idea why the switch occurred. Certain situations draw more excitement than others. I’m sooo confused, yet it’s exciting. I realize I’m in over my head with how big the lies are. It’s like Bourne Identity meets Divergent. I’m digging it to a certain degree. I can handle small portions of information but when it’s on a grander scale my brain can’t process all the information.

I love Meli and I love this series! It keeps drawing me back in, I *have* to read it. The cliffhanger was a huge shocker but I’m right on to the third!

I'm not sure what it is, but this series has me pre-ordering the next book, every time with no patience to wait. 1 left I think abs I have to wait 6 weeks! So tough. I may go back to the beginning and read all of them again, this time in correct series order. You won't be disappointed and won't be able to put then down.

Having read every single book by this author, I have to say that this is yet another installment in an amazing series! This entire storyline is so rich and detailed and you love every single character! Can’t wait for the next one!!!

Can’t get enough of this series! This second installment in the Stateless series and much like Meli’s other books – I am so enthralled and can’t get enough! While the first book did a lot of establishing the background and premise of this side of things, this second book is where we really get involved in the current development and where the characters start to know what’s going on and catch up to the other books in Meli’s other series. Kina starts to finally realize that things aren’t as they seem with Stateless, and Callum finally meets McDuff – all explosive to finally see come to fruition after so long. I also love that while we get some answers, we also get more questions about the premise of Stateless and what their end goal actually is. Great writing, great plot and storyline, and great ability to continue the overall storyline from the first series involving this. I love that she can make each trio of books their own yet flow with the next one and the previous one. So excited for the next book to get our answers! I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

The second book in this series has answered some questions and raised so many more. After reading book one, I thought I might have more of an understanding of this series if I had read the other interconnected series. I feel that even more strongly after reading this one. I can't wait until the conclusion. I'll be counting down the days!!

I really love this series. It keeps me on the edge of my seat. Meli Raine is one of my favorite authors. She writes some of the best suspense/mystery books I have ever read. I can’t wait to see what happens in the next book. I really enjoy these characters, Kina and Callum.

Once again I’m left desperate for more!!! Traceless is fenomenal! I couldn’t put it down. Such a great book and I’m in love with Callum and Kina! Their love is so beautiful and complex due to their Stateless backstory. I. CANT. WAIT. to see the end. Like all the books... it’ll probably be completely unpredictable and better than I expect!

Traceless This second book in the series is just as suspenseful as the first—a true page turner you won’t want to put down! Kina and Callum continue to to learn more about the Stateless and the Mission, discovering that truth is really relative. Some things they thought to be true prove to be false just as some lies prove to be true, especially when it comes to their origins. One thing is certain—Kina and Callum have a true connection and are ever more in danger. Great cliffhanger ending but thankfully the next book isn’t too long in coming!

Second in this new fast paced dystopian series. I have to say, this book moved in so many different directions, there were times I wondered if the twists and back roads could work into a way for Callum and Kina to end up on the higher road. And WOW, the ending is a surprise, making the anticipation for the next book a low hum, as I read other books, waiting for the finale. Don’t miss this one, I do recommend reading Stateless, first. Excellent!
