I like that everything turned out well except for Lucy. I hope everything turns out well for her too.

I LOVE this series. I am getting ready to read the whole thing again. Please write a new one!!

Not sure what is a spoiler for this book, so let’s be cryptic. Louie Thorne’s life holds nightmarish memories. Some have left physical scars but one has scarred her soul. Wanting to help, her Aunt Lucy contacts her old friend Robert King to take the young woman under her wing. Soon secrets threaten them and everyone in their circle. Will Louie’s talents be enough to save herself let alone others? Definitely a fascinating premise though sometimes word choices proved confusing. Not sure what other storyline could be as compelling as this one, so we will see if curiosity has me reading the next in the series.

This was an amazingly entertaining read and I will be reading the rest of the books in this series Kory did an amazing job with this book and I expect the others will be equally entertaining while sitting on the back porch enjoying a rainy day here in Belize.

She’s strong 💪🏼… action packed with a hot Italian man as a love interest! Sold.

This book had me from the very first page! It is written with a depth that I, a lifelong book nerd, have very rarely experienced! Wow! I am writing a short review only because I am so looking forward to the next book in this series! Without a doubt I have a new favorite author! Job well done!!

The characters were complex. You can’t help but love the main character even though she murders other villains. There are unpredictable spins throughout the story. I couldn’t put the book down. Can’t wait to start the next one.

Finally a new plot that delivers everything you want in this genre! I enjoyed reading the main character sections the most but by the middle I was drawn into learning about all the characters, too. Hard book to put down. Appreciate that this book had a solid ending, but also thankful the story continues. I’ll buy the second book!
