CHANGE YOUR MINDSET, CHANGE YOUR ACTIONS, CHANGE YOUR FU*KING LIFE — A BS-free guide to building better habits, boosting resilience, breaking free from self-doubt, and becoming the fiercest version of yourself

A refreshing, no-nonsense, self-empowerment guide that offers an honest, crystal clear, tough-love approach to help you stop the self-sabotage and move past self-imposed limitations. True happiness and success come when you are willing to take that next step—and this is your final push. With all the sh*t going on in the world today, it is time to become the toughest, most tenacious version of yourself.

Are you tired of feeling fu*ked up? Want to make a change but don’t know where to start? Tried “trusting the process” and it led to the same self-destructive patterns and procrastination? If so, Gary John Bishop has the answer and the kick in the a** that you need to maximize your potential and grasp your personal greatness. Whether you seek more secure relationships, are ready for a new beginning, or just need the motivation, courage, and confidence to learn from past mistakes and face uncertainty with adversity for the future: this relatable, life-changing handbook is waiting for you.

In Unfu*k Yourself, Bishop, your new, tough-as-nails voice of reason, leads you through a series of seven assertions:
I am willing.I am wired to win.I got this.I embrace the uncertainty.I am not my thoughts; I am what I do.I am relentless.I expect nothing and accept everything.
It isn't other people that are standing in your way, it isn't even your circumstances that are blocking your ability to thrive, it's yourself and the cycle of negative self-talk you keep telling yourself. Often, we know exactly what we need to hear, but simply need to hear it from someone else. Allow this book to be your biggest cheerleader, your small daily reminder to keep going, and the force that lifts that weight of your shoulders. After all, it is going to be great.

Lead the life you were meant to have—Unfu*k Yourself.

This was exactly the book I needed to get “unstuck” in my life. A smart book that was funny & a quick read! Completely recommend it if you feel like you’re stuck, can’t hit your full potential or don’t know how. After you’re halfway through you will have a completely new perspective and your life will be better off by reading it.
  • A revamp

It’s kind of like a revamped Twitter feed. Some extra quotes and clarifications; sometimes worthlessly negative comments that keep you from page turning. All together the main idea is good and the positive is somewhat strong enough to keep you on the idea of better thoughts words and actions.
  • Get a grip!

  • Seriously?

Is this author in high school? Very basic thought processes. It’s as if the author gleaned self-help websites and copied and pasted tidbits into this book.
